Our
Telephone assessments allow you to really get under the skin of your premises,
understand the levels of access you provide, and plan improvements.
They also help you meet part of your obligations under the Disability
Discrimination Act, which include:

Awareness of what facilities you can or cannot provide.

Having a plan of improvements you intend to implement, including timescales.

In addition, Section 4.26 of the DDA Code of Practice states, "businesses must
